A lot of people think that Cajun cooking is all about “the heat,” but in fact, Cajun food is all about flavor. Although there is nothing wrong with salt and cayenne pepper, most of us like more in the way of “flavor.”
Savory Cajun products were born right here in New Iberia, LA, along the banks of the Bayou Teche in the heart of Cajun country. Our people have a passion for cooking and for eating good food.
We are not afraid to experiment, and although we may not ever cook the same recipe exactly the same way twice, we always try to start with a good base of appropriate seasonings and tweak as we cook.
Our Savory Cajun products have been born from a lot of time spent cooking and experimenting with ingredients. They also have less salt than a lot of other seasoning products. Try them so you can experience the "other" kind of Cajun flavors.
