How long do the mixes take to make?
Most are ready in 30 minutes or less. The soups and Shrimp & Grits take about 10 to 15 minutes, and the rice jambalayas take about 35.
Do I need to be a good cook?
No. Our recipes are built so a beginner gets the same result as an experienced cook. Most just need water.
Are your seasonings very spicy or salty?
No. Our seasonings have less salt and heat than most Cajun blends. We also make a Salt-Free Shake.
What allergens are in the mixes?
Several mixes contain milk ingredients. The Pastalaya contains pasta, and mixes with roux may contain wheat. The Shrimp Boil Soup contains shrimp. Check the full ingredient list on each product page.
How long do the mixes keep?
Store them in a cool, dry place.
